Individual Session Rates:
$125/ 50 Min. Session
Materials are included in your fee. Current clients will be billed at their existing rate (which may vary from published fee structure).
Group Session Rates: Will vary between $40-$100 per participant, and vary by art media and length of group session.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Debit/Credit Card, or HSA Card.
Payment is due on or before services are rendered.
Insurance:
Our office does not process insurance. New clients are encouraged to contact their insurance Member Services directly to verify benefits prior to their session. A super bill (a detailed receipt) can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement. Super bills are available upon request.
Certain individuals may qualify for art therapy after pre-approval under Staywell/Wellcare Medicare programs.
Direct Pay: Madewell Art Studio is an approved direct-pay provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship (Formally the Gardiner Scholarship). You will have no out of pocket cost, and I process payments directly. This is a program available to all children in the state of Florida who apply and are accepted for services outside of the school system.
